I am a computational scientist at the University of New Hampshire, specializing in bioinformatics, HPC, software development, and facilitating life sciences research. I work in collaboration with the UNH Research Computing Center, UNH College of Life Sciences and Agriculture, and the Hubbard Center for Genome Studies. I'm also the lead developer of the PALADIN metagenomic characterization suite.
